Lead Intelligence Pro ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered lead enrichment and sales intelligence service that integrates with Go High Level (GHL) CRM accounts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service at leadintelligencepro.manus.space.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • •Account information: your name, email address, company name, and website URL provided during setup.
  • •API credentials: GHL API keys and enrichment provider API keys (PDL or Apollo) that you supply. These are stored encrypted and used solely to operate the service on your behalf.
  • •Company profile: product descriptions, target customer details, value propositions, and brand voice information you provide to personalise AI-generated content.
  • •Lead data: contact information (name, email, company) passed to us via GHL webhooks when a new lead is created in your CRM. This data is processed to generate enrichment reports and is written back to your GHL account.
  • •Usage data: logs of enrichment requests, timestamps, and enrichment source (PDL, Apollo, or mock) for operational and billing purposes.
  • •Contact form submissions: name, email, subject, and message when you use our Contact Us form.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • •To operate and deliver the lead enrichment service, including calling third-party enrichment APIs and writing results back to your GHL account.
  • •To generate AI-powered intelligence reports, lead scores, and sales copy personalised to your business.
  • •To respond to support and contact form enquiries.
  • •To monitor service health, diagnose errors, and improve the platform.
  • •We do not sell your data or your leads' data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver the service, we share limited data with the following third parties:

  • •People Data Labs (PDL) and Apollo.io — lead contact data (name, email, company) is sent to whichever enrichment provider you have configured, to retrieve additional professional and company information.
  • •Anthropic (Claude AI) — enriched lead data and your company profile are sent to Claude to generate intelligence reports and sales copy. Anthropic's data usage policies apply.
  • •Go High Level — enrichment results are written back to your GHL account via the GHL API using the credentials you provide.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Retention

Enrichment records are retained for as long as your account is active, to power usage dashboards and audit logs. API credentials are stored encrypted and can be deleted by contacting us. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of API keys and HTTPS-only data transmission. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
